NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have identified the man killed following a weekend shooting on E. Ocean View Avenue.
On July 9, 2022, around 11:49 p.m. Officers responded to 2701 E. Ocean View Avenue for the report of a gunshot victim. When police arrived, they found Todd L. Wilson, 31, of Norfolk, suffering from life-threatening injuries. Wilson was pronounced deceased at the scene.
