NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives have identified the man found deceased inside a home in the 1500 block of W. Little Creek Road.
Shortly before 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31st, dispatchers received a call for an unresponsive man inside a home. When police and fire-rescue arrived, they discovered 46-year-old Clifford B. Duty III dead inside the residence.
