[ARCHIVED] 2 injured in shooting at local Restaurant and Lounge

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A double shooting inside a Norfolk Restaurant and Lounge leaves two injured overnight Friday. 

Shortly after 2 am, police were called to a gunshot disturbance inside the PM Restaurant and Lounge located at 3930 E. Princess Anne Road. Once first responders arrived, they located a 19-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.  He was transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment and is expected to be okay.


While police were on scene, a second 19-year-old man was dropped off at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.  His injuries are considered life-threatening.

Preliminary investigation has revealed both men were inside the Restaurant and Lounge when they received their injuries.

Detectives have not released any further details, or motive surrounding the shooting; however, they encourage anyone with information to all the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
