NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – A man was rushed to a local hospital Thursday night in Norfolk after being seriously injured in a shooting.
Shortly before 10:45 p.m., dispatchers received a gunshot disturbance call in the 800 block of Bagnall Road. When police and paramedics arrived, they found an adult man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Detectives have not released any further details, or motive, surrounding the shooting; however, they encourage anyone with information to all the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP.
