NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are continuing to investigate a shooting on Davidson Street in the early morning hours that left a man dead.
Police were called to the 7400 block of Davidson Street on February 7th around 3:20 a.m. for the report of a gunshot victim. When Officers arrived, they found a man, later identified as Michael J. Spencer, 38, of Norfolk, suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
Spencer was pronounced deceased at the scene.
