The Ryan White Part A Grantee's Office is responsible for administering the Ryan White Part A Program for the Norfolk Transitional Grant Area (TGA). This includes but is not limited to provider selection, contract administration, program monitoring and quality management.
Eligibility
To be eligible to receive Ryan White Part A services, clients must meet the following criteria:
- Be HIV positive
- Reside within the TGA service area (See Map of TGA)
- Be uninsured or under uninsured
- Be under 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) for Ambulatory Outpatient Medical Care (Primary Care)
- Be under 300% FPL all other Ryan White Part A services
