The City of Norfolk is undertaking a comprehensive transportation study of the Ocean View Avenue corridor from Willoughby Spit to East Beach. Our final workshop is your opportunity to review the refined design concepts and share your comments on the recommended bicycle and pedestrian safety improvements for Ocean View Avenue.
