Questions regarding the assessment of Personal Property taxes should be directed to the Commissioner of the Revenue, at 757-664-7884, and regarding the assessment of Real Estate taxes should be directed to the City Assessor’s office at 757-664-4732.  Additional information may be found on the City Treasurer’s page.
