- Patching or repairing interior walls and/or ceilings
- Exterior painting
- Replacing electrical fixtures
- Replacing the furnace
- Exterior awnings and shutters
- Weather stripping, screens, storm windows, doors
- Exterior landscaping including lawns, shrubbery, trees, flowers
