We are pleased to share the draft of the updated Historic District Design Guidelines for your review! 

Since we asked for your initial feedback in June 2025, we have been busy revising the current guidelines, which were adopted in 2012. 

This first draft brings you updated text and a few initial illustrations. We will be adding many more photos and illustrations, but we would like your input on what would be most interesting and helpful. In your comments, please let us know what features or concepts you would like to see illustrated.
