[ARCHIVED] Norfolk Police searching for wanted homicide suspect

NORFOLK, Va. (NPD) – Detectives are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who is wanted on charges related to a homicide investigation.

On December 26, 2021, around 10:15 p.m., police responded to the 4700 block of Denver Avenue for the report of a man lying in the street. When officers arrived, they found Kenneth L. Parker, 56, of Norfolk, suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds. Parker was pronounced deceased at the scene. 

As a result of the investigation, Tony Williams, 50, of Norfolk, has been charged with second-degree murder, and use of a firearm.    

Investigators are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to call the Norfolk Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP or submit a tip through the P3 mobile app.
