[ARCHIVED] Police Investigate Early Morning Robberies

Norfolk Police seeking three robbery suspects in connection with two separate robberies.

The first robbery occurred shortly before 6:00 this morning in the 7600 block of Shore Drive. The second robbery occurred an hour and a half later in the 400 block of West Ocean View Avenue.

In both robberies the victim’s stated that three black men approached them, displayed a gun, and demanded property. After the victim’s complied, the men drove away in a dark colored Ford Focus.

Neither women were injured during the robberies.

Anyone with information about these robberies are asked to call the Crime Line at 1-888-LOCK-U-UP?. Callers are never asked to give their name or required to testify in court. If a caller’s tip leads to an arrest, the recovery of drugs, or stolen property they could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1000.
