Coastal Storm Update - 10-1-2022 at 5 pm

Posted on October 1, 2022 at 5:17 PM by Daniel Hudson

Team –

The NWS latest briefing document is hot off the press.  Not much change from the earlier forecast.

The Hourly Graph shows rain still expected to arrive tomorrow (Sunday) afternoon and winds picking up in the evening.  The Tide Graph still shows Monday’s early morning high tide will be concerning and the afternoon tide much more so.  It’s also worth noting the “low tide” between these two highs is still around the Minor flood stage.

Dominion’s Outage Map shows 2,724 out of 102,579 (2.7%) customers out of power.

Next update tomorrow.
