Team Norfolk - Snow Forecast update (1/23/2022 at 4:40 pm)

Posted on January 23, 2022 at 4:41 PM by Daniel Hudson

Team Norfolk -

There is no change to the forecast provided earlier.  As such, City offices resume normal operations tomorrow morning.

During today’s 3:30 pm Policy Call, City Manager Dr. Filer and our Deputy City Managers expressed their gratitude to all for everyone’s immediate, constant, and effective response to the snowfall!!

Everyone’s situation reports reflected that all went very much according to plan; however, there are always opportunities to improve.  Please feel free to send any observations – anything that went well or areas of improvement - to EOC-Plans@norfolk.gov.  We will take your comments, update, and redistribute the Winter Weather Annex.

Thanks again to all for your contributions to the Team!

#TeamNorfolk

Thanks!

Jim Redick, Director
