Retain Your Rain Mini Grant

The Retain Your Rain Mini-Grant is back open, and we are accepting applications now through September 1st! Up to $2,500 will be awarded to nonprofits and community organizations to support projects that capture and utilize rainwater.

How can you capture the rain and use it to not only mitigate some of the flooding but also benefit your organization and community? Check out the Retain Your Rain Mini-Grant page for more details and click here for an application. Applications are due by September 1, 2021.

There are many great examples of citizens doing their part to contribute to a more resilient Norfolk. We want to recognize these tremendous efforts while also educating and inspiring others to do their part as well.
