Call Center Update: Our call center staff has done an amazing job answering your questions regarding the COVID-19 vaccination preregistration process. We thank them for their service and dedication to assisting our community with this effort.
Last week Governor Ralph Northam announced that the state has opened a pre-registration online portal and a state call center. The Commonwealth’s new, centralized system allows individuals to easily pre-register for the free vaccine, confirm that they are on the wait list, and learn more about Virginia’s vaccination program.
To pre-register for the COVID-19 vaccine online through the new state portal, visit vaccinate.virginia.gov or you can pre-register by calling 1-877-VAX-IN-VA (1-877-829-4682)
Due to this new service, the Norfolk Call Center, 757-664-SHOT, will close on Friday February 26, 2021.
