Along with the State, FEMA is also committed to providing full logistical support. While entrenched in the Virginia EOC, FEMA has also taken the unprecedented step to assign a FEMA liaison in our local EOC’s. The support from at the State and Federal level has been excellent, and the contributions and collaboration among our Team Norfolk partners has been amazing!!
