Storm and City Updates - 9/22/23

The following is an update on closings and cancellations due to the impending storm.

ODU has opened a garage to Norfolk residents until 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24:

  • Constant Center 43rd Street Garage (1067 W 43rd St.)

The following City garages are available until 9 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 24:

  • York Street Garage
  • Brambleton Lot

Norfolk Public Library locations, Slover Library and rec centers are closed on Saturday, Sept. 23. Beach and park restrooms are also closed.

Norfolk's Community Services Board operations will continue as normal.
