The next Senior Olympics is TBD. The Senior Olympics is a multi-day event for adults 50+. Activities include dancing, bowling, card games and more.
Programs
The Parks & Recreation Senior Services programs provide Norfolk residents, age 55 and better, with quality educational, physical, social, and cultural activities and programs. These programs strive to enhance lives through skill-building, self-renewal, and fun!

Parks & Recreation also supports the programs and activities of number senior clubs, many of which meet at local recreation centers.
