Please be advised that individuals may be impersonating City departments and agencies, requesting additional application or filing fees for various City Planning Department applications. All official City Planning email correspondence will come from a Norfolk.gov email address and we do not send invoices, nor do we request wire transfers.  If you suspect you are being scammed, or have received a suspicious email, do not click on any links, do not reply, and immediately call (757)-664-4752.
