Recommended Action: Authorize City Clerk to advertise for a public hearing on July 14, 2009.

 

C-2                                 Letter from the City Manager presenting recommendation of the City Planning Commission on the application of NORFOLK REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY, to amend the General Plan of Norfolk, 1992, from Industrial to Low Density Residential and to change the zoning from I-1 (Limited Industrial) District and R-8 (One-Family) District on property located at 2600-2604 Bowdens Ferry Road.

 

Recommended Action: Authorize City Clerk to advertise for a public hearing on July 14, 2009.

 

C-3                                 Letter from the City Manager presenting recommendation of the City Planning Commission on the application of NORFOLK REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY, to amend the General Plan of Norfolk, 1992, from Industrial to Medium Density Residential, to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Norfolk, 1992, SO AS TO amend Chapter 11, Overlays to create the Residential Overlay District (ROD) and a change of zoning from I-1 (Limited Industrial) District to Conditional R-10 (Townhouse) District and Residential Overlay District (ROD) on property located at 1216 to 1246 West 26^th Street.

 

Recommended Action: Authorize City Clerk to advertise for a public hearing on July 14, 2009.
