Norfolk's Aquatics division operates two indoor pools year-round, as well as two seasonal outdoor pools. The facilities offer a wide range of aquatic programming from general recreational activities to specialized instructional classes. Summer Plunge is a free program that transports young people from various neighborhoods to Norfolk pools. The program facilitates opportunities for youth ages 8-18 to learn safety and swimming techniques while participating in fun water games and swimming races. Click here for more information.
