Parking now accepts credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and
American Express) as payment for
monthly parking, parking violations, and other parking services. Credit cards are
also accepted at Waterside and Freemason Street Garages, and at Cedar Grove
Lot for cruise

decide to park.
The NET is
the premiere transportation link for residents, visitors
and workers in Downtown Norfolk. Download the NET Map! You will need Adobe

* A $2.95 processing fee for credit card transactions is charged
by our ticket processing company, Citation Management. Additional
payment options include: (1) Mail your payment
in the envelope provided with the ticket; (2) Pay in person at
Parking's Customer Service Center (CSC) - located at 222 E. Main
St., Norfolk, VA 23510, 757-664-6222 - open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.;
or (3) Drop off your payment at the CSC, in the mailbox provided.
