During Light Rail construction, access to Norfolk's parking facilities will remain open. More than 9,000 parking spaces are available after 6 p.m. on weekdays and on weekends in Downtown Norfolk. Click on the link above for more information.

Meter ParkCards

Available in increments of $10 or $20 at the Division of Parking's Customer Service Center, located at 222 E. Main Street in Downtown Norfolk. Convenient and re-loadable, these new easy-to-use cards make metered parking in Norfolk easier than ever. Click on the link above or call 664-6222 for more information.

Convenient Payments

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) are accepted as payment for monthly parking, parking violations, and other parking services (in addition to cash, check or money order). Credit cards are also accepted at most parking facilities (excluding MacArthur Center Garages), and at Cedar Grove Lot for cruise parking.

*A $2.95 processing fee for credit card transactions is charged by Citation Management, Parking's ticket processing company. Payments can also be mailed, paid in person or dropped off in the mail box at the Parking Division's Customer Service Center located at 222 E. Main St. in Downtown Norfolk, operating weekdays 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
