The Parking
Customer Service Center is located at 222 East Main
Street - across from the Marriott Convention Center entrance. The Parking Customer Service Center is
a “one-stop shop” handling all parking financial transactions
including: monthly parking, Meter ParkCard sales, meter permits, parking tickets and
parking for short-term special events. Our office hours are
7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. You can visit us
